• Vote only once per poll per device
• Not attempt to manipulate or interfere with poll results
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Provide accurate information when registering as a client

4. Voting Rules

By participating in polls on Siasa Insight:

• You acknowledge that one vote per device per poll is enforced through device fingerprinting
• You understand that your vote is recorded anonymously
• You accept that aggregate results may be made publicly available
• You confirm that you are eligible to participate in the relevant political process

5. Client Responsibilities

Political candidates and organizations using our platform as clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their candidacy
• Comply with all applicable election laws and regulations
• Not use the platform to spread misinformation
• Respect the privacy of voters
• Accept responsibility for the content of their polls

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Siasa Insight are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Siasa Insight is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
